TERRITORY SALES MANAGER
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the
geographical area of Western Washington.
This position is responsible for selling Western Systems various products
and/or services by interacting with established customers and developing new
prospects. Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects within a designated
geographic territory or by nature of customers. Focuses on personal sales
targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and
troubleshooting specific customer problems. This position is for the
entry level or intermediate level sales professional with developing product and market
knowledge. Meets personal sales targets as established, focusing on small to
moderate accounts which are stable in nature within identified markets or
geography. Prepares sales presentations and proposals subject to review by
supervisor. May participate in special projects such as major promotions, new
product launches, and new marketing initiatives.
Qualified candidates should possess:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years outside sales experience desirable
* Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently effectively
* Refuse or heavy equipment industry experience a plus

Parts & Warranty Administrator
Primary
responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Process warranty claims on a timely basis.
* Verify claims comply with manufacturer criteria.
* Reconcile warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate
accounting schedule.
* Review each claim prior to submission to verify correct claim coding and
clarify any concerns.
* Discuss process errors with management.
* Propose corrective action and implement as necessary.
* Provide feedback to colleagues about why claims are returned or refused.
* Review warranty schedule on a regular basis and follow up on disposition of
all outstanding claims.
* Track warranty parts by ensuring proper tagging with repair order number, date
of replacement.
* File and maintain service records as required by Warranty standards.
* Keep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
